People love texting, don’t they? We use it to stay in touch with loved ones. Everybody knows how easy it to use. And by now you probably know that businesses have found a great use for texting, too, accelerating our ability to reach people/consumers. Many of the things we need to communicate with more urgency than ever before can now be done via text! For example, due to COVID – things are constantly in flux. ¦ How many times have you had to close your store? ¦ Change hours of operation? ¦ Inform employees of shift changes?
