Description
In this stressful world many of us forget to listen to our bodies and do things for ourselves. Chair yoga is a way to be more aware of your body, your health and gently work to improve your flexibility, improve your balance and stay connected. This class is held weekly at the Trout Lake Nature Center. The cost is $5/person and includes the vehicle entry fee.
